Preserving Every Voice
At HistoryRecovered.com, we believe it’s essential to share and remember our nation’s full history. When Trump issued an executive order to shut down programs focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, we knew we had to take action. That’s why we launched this website—to make sure the voices and stories that have been erased or ignored are preserved.
Every person who helped build this nation is part of the true fabric of America. When these voices are silenced—whether by the government or systemic exclusion—our history remains incomplete. We don’t just lose individual stories; we lose the lessons they teach us as a society.
This Executive Order dismisses DEIA efforts as “radical,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. DEIA is not radical—it’s essential. It’s about breaking down systemic barriers so that everyone, regardless of race, gender, disability, or background, has the opportunity to thrive. Calling that extreme ignores the core American values of justice, equality, and opportunity for all.
At HistoryRecovered.com, we are committed to preserving the voices and stories that have been silenced—especially those tied to DEIA. These aren’t radical ideas; they are part of the ongoing struggle for progress that has always shaped this nation. When we erase these stories, we erase an essential part of who we are.
